In-Person Registration Sessions

Once registered online, please come to one of the following sessions:

Please bring all the following necessary documents with you to the In-Person Session to complete your registration.
1-Player's Proof of Age (if not uploaded at time of registration online)
-for acceptable proof please click here
2-Proof of Residence (if not uploaded at time of registration online)
-for acceptable proof please click here
3-Parent's Code of Conduct & Player's Code of Conduct -printed off and signed
4-Signed copy of the No-Fair Play Rule if playing 18U-CP/AAA, 15U-AAA/AA, or 13U-AAA
5-Participation Deposit -post-dated cheque for June or cash
-Spring Season -$200 per family
-Summer Season -$200 per family
-Fall Season -$100 per family
6-Uniform Deposit -$100 per player -except for 18U-CP, 7U and 5U players.
Cheque made payable to BBA & post-dated for June 30 2025.
OR
Cash -receipt will be issued
**if your deposits are cheques, they MUST be 2 separate cheques (one for Participation, one for Uniform) as they are returned separately**
