​The North Fraser Nationals are a partnership between Burnaby Baseball Association and Vancouver Community Baseball, committed to delivering elite development opportunities for athletes across the region.
Your pathway to elite development, advanced coaching, and 18U College Prep/AAA roster consideration.
The North Fraser Nationals Prospect Camp is designed for motivated players who want to elevate their game, sharpen their skills, and gain direct exposure to the 18U-AAA and 18U-College Prep programs. While players are encouraged to attend all sessions, we will evaluate athletes based on every session they are able to participate in.
What Players Will Gain
This camp delivers a comprehensive, high-performance development experience, including:
• Technical Skill Refinement Advanced instruction for hitters, fielders, pitchers, and catchers with position-specific evaluation.
• Strength & Conditioning Development Age-appropriate training to build power, mobility, and athletic durability.
• Baseball IQ & Strategy Situational awareness, decision-making, and deeper understanding of rules and game strategy.
• Personalized Player Assessment Coaches will identify each athlete’s strengths and growth areas and provide a recommended training plan to accelerate improvement in technical skills, baseball IQ, strength, and agility.

​Program Outcomes
This Prospect Camp plays a key role in shaping the future of the North Fraser Nationals 18U College Prep and Vancouver Mounties 18U AAA programs:
• Identifying 2027 18U College Prep and AAA prospects
• Selecting the 2026 Fall Ball roster
• Fall Ball athletes will compete in two tournaments plus exhibition games across the Lower Mainland.
Who Can Attend
18U eligible players (YOB 2009, 2010, 2011) Open to all players interested in learning more about the North Fraser Nationals 18U-College Prep and Vancouver Mounties 18U AAA pathways.
Camp Schedule
August 24 & 25 – Robert Burnaby Park — 6:00–8:30 PM
August 26 & 27 – Nanaimo Park — 6:00–8:30 PM
August 28 – Make-up Day — Location TBD

Coaching Staff
The 18U College Prep and AAA coaching staff along with Nationals alumni will be on-field throughout the camp. We aim to maintain a minimum 1 coach per 10 players to ensure high-quality assessment and individualized feedback.
