FALL BASEBALL TRAINING

​BBA’s fall indoor baseball training programs will concentrate on building our players’ foundational skills. Training is typically tailored to the age and developmental stage of the athletes.
9U (Under 9 Years Old)  - Thursday 530p-7p | Seaforth Elem | Oct 16-Nov 27 (7 sessions) 
• Focus: Fundamentals, fun, and engagement.
• Key Skills: Basic throwing, catching, hitting of a tee, running bases, simple fielding drills.
• Short stations with frequent rotation to maintain engagement
• Games and challenges to reinforce skills
• Introduction to basic rules and positions
Session Length: 1.5 hours $105.00
11U (Under 11 Years Old) - Wed 530p-7p or 7p-8:30p| Forest Grove Elem | Oct 15-Nov 26 (7 sessions) 
• Focus: Skill development, teamwork, and understanding game situations.
• Key Skills: Throwing mechanics, fielding techniques, defensive positioning, hitting & bunting
• Progressive throwing and catching exercises
• Varied hitting drills, stressing swing-path, weight transfer and point of contact
• Introduction to pitching and catching roles
• Simulated mini-games focusing on rules and decision-making

13U (Under 13 Years Old) -  Monday 630p-830p | Sperling Elem | Oct 20-Dec 1| 7 sessions 
• Focus: skill refinement, game tactics, and physical conditioning.
• Key Skills: Pitching techniques and defensive awareness, hitting, advanced fielding, lead-off & base stealing.
• Pitching and catching instruction
• Batting practice with situational hitting
• Position-specific defensive drills
• Agility &I flexibility training
Session Length: 2 hours $160.00
13U/15U (Under 15 Years Old)  - Saturday 6p-8p | Confederation Park Lacrosse Box | Oct 18-Dec 6 | 8 Sessions
• Focus: Advanced skill development, competitive readiness, agility and footwork
• Key Skills: pitching and catching, complex defensive strategies, offensive situational play
• Hard-contact swings, advanced batting approaches (hit-and-run, bunting, situational hitting)
