March 31st 13U-A Evaluations Information
**Recent Update as of March 31st, 2021:
Thank you for your patience. We just checked the field and it is in very bad condition with a huge puddle across in in field. It is also frigid and windy. So even though it has stopped raining for now, we will cancel the evaluation today.
The next few days look dry and this will allow the field the drain out.
We will reschedule the evaluations to Wednesday March 31.
Same field: Kensington Softball Diamond
Last names: A-L 6-7PM; M-Z 7:30-8:30
The field has lights so we are good for evening evaluations.
The coaches will evaluate players so that we can create evenly balanced rosters.
To make it easier to follow our COVID-19 safety plans we will hold two evaluations sessions.
Each session should last about an hour.
Location is the Kensington Park Softball Diamond (north of North Parking Lot and grass fields).
Players should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to their session. Spectators are not permitted (parents should stay in their cars).
Players must not enter the fenced baseball diamond until they have checked in and had a verbal health check with me. If the player is in the 2nd grouping, please stay in car until the previous group has left the area. Once evaluation is completed, please leave the area.
Players are to wear a face mask and keep 3 meters apart from each other. Sanitize hands prior to entering field, after every drill and upon leaving the field.
Please bring the required equipment: baseball glove, helmet, athletic jock/jill, bat (if possible), hand sanitizer.
Please do not attend if your child has any symptoms.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
