2019 Player Evaluations

The evaluation process are not try outs, they’re to help coaches and administrators ensure each player has the potential to have the best experiance playing baseball.

Help ease in new players and avoid discouraging others.

NEW to Baseball?

Baseball Registration Information

You want to sign up. Whats next?

• Burnaby Baseball Association players 7U-18U will have a minimum two practices a week with one game.
• 5U Blastball one day a week
• 7U & 9U play in an interlock with other local teams.
• Tournaments are available for division 9U-18U
• 11U – 18U Travel in the lower mainland for games
• Spring baseball season is from April to July
• Summer baseball is from July to August
• Prices by division range from $58.50 – $229.50


As a player you need a couple things. Shoes with cleats. Using soccer shoes are more than fine. A baseball glove, any glove will do but we do recommend it’s sturdy and if you can get it sized from where you’re purchasing it. Last you need a helmet with a chin strap.

Information Sessions

Sunday, Jan 27th and Sunday, Feb 24th – 12 pm to 2 pm
Kensington Park Complex and Rink in the community room (upstairs behind the stands)

Practice Times

Each team will have different practice times. They are typically MON-FRI 1-2 hours a day and two days a week. The games are on weekends for 2 hours with some tournaments needing the whole weekend.

Burnaby Baseball Association welcomes players aged 4-18 to register for spring baseball in Burnaby. We are an inclusive organization run by a team of volunteers who are dedicated to ensuring everyone has an opportunity to participate, have fun and learn the game of baseball. It’s a great way to connect with people in our community and stay active.
